We aim to provide comprehensive tools and information for people with disabilities to participate in theatre, music dance and other arts events statewide.

  • Cultural Access News is our main publication, offering articles and information relating to disability and the arts, and intended for arts patrons and organizations. The full-text of each issue is available online, as is a PDF version. In some cases, an audio formatted copy of the issue has been created and is available for download.
  • ADA Materials offer cultural organizations all the documents and information available to better understand and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Accessibility Guides and other handbooks are designed to assist patrons with disabilities and their families in determining the physical and programmatic accessibility of New Jersey's cultural institutions.
  • General Information on accessibility is available for those looking to learn more about access issues, become familiar with terminology and common questions, or just browse the library of articles.
  • Understanding Accessibility Symbols educates patrons and organizations alike on the various symbols related to accessibility and their proper usage and definition.
